How can I lose 15 pounds this month?

I''m fed up with my body. I used to be 105 pounds but now I''m like 109. I''m 5 feet tall and I have fat rolls all over my stomach. I hate being fat and I want to lose at LEAST 15 pounds. I''m a vegetarian, and I play sports(basketball, cross country) and I''m assuming I burn around 400 cals a day. Actually, I think I lost fat but gained muscle, but the fat rolls are still there and it''s really gross. I''m afraid whenever someone play punches me or grabs my arm they''ll feel my fat ripple up and down.... I''m really insecure and losing a few pounds would boost my self esteem. I lost around 10 pounds already, but I feel as if I don''t do something now I''ll gain it back. Does anyone have any advice for me? And my stepmom is 5''0 too and she claims she''s 120 pounds but she looks like she weighs less than me and it makes me feel worthless and fat. It''s like a competition between me and her in my eyes. She pushes her food away, skips breakfast and lunch a lot, eats fruit, vegetables, special k... And accuses ME of being anorexic when its HER. I just want to lose weight! Does anyone have advice? thanks for answering my question about the eating disorder and pigging out. i am exactly the same height and weight as you!! we are in the same situation and i agree that a contest like that would help me too. i didn''t know how else to contact u so i just put it as the answer to this question.

  • hahahhahahahhahahaha silly pigme person.. umm u definitely need to realize u cant eat nearly close to what tall people eat.. U know calories then yeh u wont need more then 1500 in a day.. And no u didnt gain muscle u gained fat.. Muscle gains come with lifting.. To lose 15 pounds in a month ull be pushing is.. 1000 calories a day maybe.. Plenty water and cardio..
