How to Lose Weight - Don''t Lose Your Sleep and You''ll Lose Your Weight
Recommended Answer:
It could be a number of things. You may have hypotension (low blood pressure) or dehydration. Try drinking more water in a day and see if that doesn''t help any. Also make sure that you''re getting nourished (protein, water) enough before you exercise since that can be too stressing on the body. Maybe try warming up and stretching before exercise and don''t overdo yourself with exercise.
Another problem that comes to mind is maybe an inner ear issue. It almost sounds like you''re having vertigo...a lot of dizziness symptoms do trace problems in the inner ear and balance. You don''t necessarily have to have ear pain or hearing loss to have a problem with it.
It could also be connected to hormonal changes, but what you''re having sounds pretty severe.
My best recommendation is to tell your mom and see what she says. It could be something minor and may just go away soon, but if it really continues to drag out and not get better, you probably should get checked out by the doctor and get some tests done.
RE-EDIT: Okay, from the sounds of it, you aren''t getting enough calories. Calories make energy, and you need energy for your body to workout like that otherwise it just takes its toll. I suggest eating more healthy foods with protein and vitamins and minerals in them (chicken, fish, fruits, veggies, etc...). This won''t make you gain any weight, but it will give your body more nourishment. Maybe before you work out try supplementing with a protein drink and mineral water and see if that helps at all.
- Could be the exercise, you might not be eating enough too. I went from the age of 16-17 constantly feeling stomachy and sometimes headachey and now I look at pics I realise I had small portions and it ended up affecting my tummy.
How much exercise did you do? if your not used to it then your body could be in this scenario of OYYE LEAVE ME ALONE, I AINT USED TO THIS!!! haha..
always stretch before you do it, if your jogging or sprinting, start with a ten min walk
