1. What is the exercise thats most effective to lose thigh n arm fat without looking too muscular(i mean to look naturally thin)?
2. My friend eats eggs only for the WHOLE day . Well basically she eats eggs for bfast, lunch and dinner. Maybe she eats some snacks like fruits or whatsoever during the day but she did lose alot of weight and looked super thinner. Is this right? Can i just eat eggs basically for the whole day?
3. What is another type of food that I could eat for the whole day everyday to lose weight? Maybe potatoes?
4. How to make my jaw smaller? Can that rolling thing that "massages" your face work?

Maybe a treadmill? Don''t eat small snack throughout the whole day. Eat main meals and eat slowly because your body will recognize when you''re full faster instead of overeating. The meals can be fruit and eggs and maybe some grain like an egg sandwich with some apple slices or other fruit on the side. Drink tons of water instead of having snacks because you will feel full and be healthier and if you don''t like water you could have a diet soda once. Fruit smoothies are also good but make sure that''s not the only thing you have in the morning. Starving yourself isn''t effective because once you lose all that weight and start eating normally (as you did before) again, you will eventually gain all that back. Well I have a tiny jaw and I don''t really like it. It''s hard to yawn. But I guess if you loose weight you''re face will also loose fat like on you''re cheeks for example and you will decrease in size all around if you do enough exercise. Keep in mind if you change you''re body drastically like over the summer people will notice and think you became anorexic or something but even though some people may think that, it doesn''t matter because they are probably just jealous of how good you will look.If you want to loose fat in you''re legs to sports that require a lot of leg movement and workout longer than 30 minutes because in that time you only loose what you have eaten during the day, so to loose more weight you need to burn all those calories from before. Make sure you eat healthy if you are going to loose a lot of weight. Best of luck xo
