I don't wanna lose weight, but wanna tone up. Should i be burning 500 calories a day?

I recently found on pinterest, a workout that burns 500 calories and i have been doing that every day. But i found out that i actually am at a healthy weight. I don't need or want to lose weight. I just wanna lose some flab on my abs, and tone up all my musles so i look ood in my swim suit. !! Help me please. I weigh 120 pounds and am almost 15 years old. i am 5 ft 5inches tall.

So my questuon is, should i be burning calories, or what do i need to do to tone up, without losing much weight. ?? Thanks.
