Soo I'm a community health major and I maintain a pretty good physique so I'd love to help :) -btw whatever anyone tells you, DIET is more important than exercise so if you're gonna slack on one, slack on exercise.
To stay full longer aim for high protein or high fiber.
List of things I eat:
-whole wheat everything- pasta, bread, popcorn, rice
-fiber one bars
-yogurt w granola, Greek
-tuna w light mayo
-string cheese
-strawberries (neg calorie)
- grapefruit, salad w everything, lt dressing, apples, oranges etc.
-cottage cheese
-hummus w wheat thins or other crackers
-green tea (boosts weight loss)
-soup
-while grain cereal w skim milk
- crackers w peanut butter
-lean cuisine flat bread pizza
Drink tons of water-keeps you full. Carry a water bottle around with you and just keep sipping and if you don't like water, add crystal lite or whatever.
Just some ideas! Really helped me maintain my weight. Calculate your BMR to see where you're at and TDEE and take away 500 calories from TDEE and you should be good to go on losing half a pound a week! I just love helping ppl look and feel better haha.
Yoga will help tone ya up and you can do it in the comfort of your own home.
