How can I ask my mother to lose weight?

Like we joke around about it all the time. But the reality is that she really is overweight and she doesn't work she only is at home and the least she can do is lose weight. At least a good 20 pounds. She is 56 and she should know she can't be eating like that. She also told me her cholesterol is really high and when she had her blood taken out it came out with a little white stuff on it, which means it is really high. Also I notice she gets looks from around people every now and then. I am not embarrassed but I must admit I feel a little ashamed of her. Then she'll eat things that aren't healthy at all. It's just she has worked before but now she doesn't now my dad takes care of her and she should take care of herself somehow. It's just annoying that she's at that age and she doesn't seem to care. I don't know I have told her before in other times and she does listen to me. But I just don't think she will most of the time we just laugh about it, but it's not funny anymore (if it ever really was). Lately, it just seems to be getting worse too. How can I tell her to lose weight? What words can I use? Like you know not to sound offensive.

How to Lose Weight While on Effexor XR

Recommended Answer:

You can ask. You can't make her do anything. She is going to have to decide that it is worth the effort to lose weight for her own health. One time when you are kidding around, stop kidding, get serious and say something like, "Seriously, I would love for you to be around to see my (graduation, marriage, kids, some major future life event). I am worried that I will lose you early to weight related illnesses. Please consider trying a healthier lifestyle to be around for us. We love you." Something like that is supportive, not obnoxious and may provide some of the motivation needed!good luck!

Other Answers:

  • Maybe bring up activities you two can do together, such as going to the gym. Start having interests for a fit & healthy lifestyle, if you'd like her to lose weight without being offensive or just asking her. Maybe cook a very healthy dinner for your mum sometimes could be a start. :) Ideas like this is what I would do if I were in your situation.
  • She is 56 years old. There is NOTHING you can say to her that will get her to lose weight. Trust me. She has to be hit upside the head with some extreme situation that makes her put in a serious effort. All you can do is make healthy meals for her when you have the opportunity and ask her to take a walk with you so you can "talk" to her about something. While on the walk, you make up some minor thing that is stressing you out. Of course, she will think you are immature for stressing out, but that's OK because the real reason was just to get her walking. Can you handle appearing immature if it means getting her out on walks? (It's your little secret plan).

What size should I order my wedding dress?

I am getting married next spring but have been told I need to order my wedding dress now. If ordered now I will have a dress fitting in December/January when the dress comes in.I would love to drop a dress size and am working very hard to achieve this. I am not sure whether to risk ordering it a few inches smaller and hoping i lose the weight or order it the size i am now and have it altered.Anyone facing the same dilemma??

How to Get a Chihuahua to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

and where is that weight going to come off of your body? Even loosing 15 pounds might not affect the size of your dress much. When I loose weight it is in my stomach and waist. My bust measurements stay about the same. You should look at the designer's size chart and order the dress to fit your largest measurement. If your dress is a ball gown, your hip measurements are not going to matter as much as if they would if you have a mermaid dress. so the style of your gown matters too. Realize that there is nothing to let out in a bridal gown. You are not going have 1inch seams to let out if the dress is too small. many salons charge a flat fee for alterations. MAKE SURE to ask if the dress must come in a size if the price is going to be the same. Plan on at least $300 for alterations on a bridal gown. You do not have alterations done on your gown months early. Usually they start one month before the wedding. and yes, to all who expressed surprise, a wedding gown does need to be ordered early, can take up to 10 months to get in.

Other Answers:

  • Start working towards the smaller size now. If you are making progress, when you order the dress, tell the shop that you are working towards the next size down and are having success. They will make a decision, based on their experience, as to which size to order. There will be further fittings before your wedding date and if you are only going down one size, they will probably be able to accommodate that in the final fitting.
  • I would order the size you are now, just be absolutely sure. If you drop a size or two, your dress can still be altered with no issues. If you don't lose any weight, and have a smaller dress, that's much harder for a seamstress to work with.
  • always order to fit the size you are now. i cannot imagine what sort of bridal salon needs that much advance time to have your dress made, but if you must do it now, do it the size you are currently. all salons have professional seamstresses to make alterations at your fitting and you can request another fitting right before the wedding, although any alteration which must be done other than the original one will cost you extra.
  • Order it the size you are. If you lose weight, you can have it taken in. If you don't lose weight and there isn't enough seam allowance to let it out, you're in strife.
  • ALWAYS order the size you are now.Yeah you'd love to drop a dress size, but there is always a chance that won't happen. It is FAR easier to take a dress in than to let one out.
  • I always thought the rule of thumb was to order a gown in a size larger than your dress size. That's what I did and it worked well. I wouldn't risk ordering a smaller size, just in case.
  • WOW. That is a LONG wait time. You should definitely order it bigger. They're probably going to want to alter it anyway - those things need to fit very specifically or they won't look right. Or at least order it the size you are now, that way no loss if you don't lose the weight and if you do, you can just get it altered.
  • if i am u,i will start to search wedding styles that i love and suit me very much, and order the best one which is high quality and reasonably price after one month, just follow the size at that time, maybe it will be more accuracy.
  • ORDER IT THE SIZE YOU ARE NOW!! I can't understand why so many brides make the mistake of ordering the dress smaller than what they are, in "hopes" of one day fitting into it. It is so much easier and cheaper to take a dress in, then to let it out.

WILL I lose weight??? How long will it take?? I''m 14 :) SHORT QUESTION! :)?

hi!
So this is what Im doing:

*1,200 cals per day

*LIMITED dairy or gluten due to allergies... like for gluten, only ONE whole wheat tortilla and thats it. for dairy, a half a piece of cheese (:

*Fruit or veggie before/during each meal

* Right now, I''m jogging for 20min (elliptical) and strength training/circuit training for 15-25min. However, once the snow clears away, (I live in MA) I''ll be exercising MUCH more often.. :) (I''m thinking 50-90min? Jogging 4-5mi everyday for sure :] )

*Drink 5-6 bottles of water a day (= 10-12 cups)

*I am 5''7 1/2 tall, 140lbs... but I know a bunch of girls my age who are like 150lbs and LOOK much thinner than me! And its not muscle - most of them don''t exercise at all -.- I think its just the way my body is built, really.

= GOAL WEIGHT: 125-115LBS... Im hoping I''ll only have to lose like 15-20lbs but I''ve never been particularly skinny so I don''t know what Im going to look like... so I could be 125lbs, I could be 115. It depends on how it looks. (:

will I reach my weight loss goal? When will I reach my goal weight?? I want to lose the weight by the summer... I''m thinking June 1st is a good solid date... :)
also, I know when dieting you have a lot of slip ups, but for me, it pretty much is no exceptions except for holidays... my allergies are pretty bad haha

BTW, I started almost three weeks ago - HOWEVER, I did slip up pretty bad for the past 5 days b/c I was admitted to the hospital...

THANK YOU :)

well im 5''4" or 5''5" and i weigh 106. im pretty skinny so i would imagine most girls would be around my size.

  • Sounds like it. But you should be eating more than that for your age, height, weight and activity level. I eat 1400-1500 and every 4th day at maintenance (1900 cals) to keep my BMR from slowing and I''m a lot smaller and older than you and lose weight on that amount (lost 55 lbs). Eating too little will cause slow, stagnant weight loss after awhile.
  • You only need to lose about 10 lbs. A good diet/exercise plan would be:

Breakfast: Cook 9-grain cereal (from health food store) in water with rolled oats and wheat bran. Make a big pot of it on weekends and scoop out 1/2 cup each morning. Add low fat milk, nuts and berries. Drink hot Ovaltine. Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day to raise blood sugar level which falls during the night.

Lunch: Egg, tuna or turkey ½ sandwich on whole grain bread with bean or alfalfa sprouts and yogurt w/fruit. If you had meat loaf for dinner, bring a meat loaf sandwich on whole grain bread (NO mayo). On cold days, a squatty thermos of hot chili, split peas with ham, or beef stew.

Snacks: Fresh (not canned) fruit: banana, orange, apple, kiwi, grapes, peach, nectarine, cherries, pineapple. No chips and nothing ever from a vending machine.

Dinner: salad with white meat chicken and fresh (not canned) veggies: tomatoes, 2 kinds of lettuce, 2 kinds of shredded cabbage, shredded or sliced carrots, alfalfa or bean sprouts, zucchini, green or red peppers, hard boiled eggs, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, tofu, cottage cheese...Instead of dressing, squeeze 1/4 tomato over it.

Or homemade bean/vegetable soups; great way to recycle leftovers.
Or grilled fish with steamed veggies.

Or omelet: In blender, whip together eggs, tofu, cottage cheese, onions, garlic powder. Cook with mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and green or red peppers.

Foods to avoid: junk food, fast foods, pastries, desserts, sugar, salty foods, syrup (even canned fruit in syrup), peanut butter, fat/grease (pork, wieners, chops, bacon, salami, pizza, chips, fries), pasta, potatoes, white bread, rice, canned veggies, ice cream, soda, chips. And of course no tobacco or alcohol in any form. Both of those add wrinkles and destroy your brain. No oil except olive and mac nut. Coffee also rots your brain.

To keep your skin clear, drink water. Veg. juice is good too. But not canned juice (too much sugar.)

Join a gym; they have all the equipment and staff to show you how to use it to get the look you want to achieve. Much cheaper than buying your own equipment. Go hiking, biking, jogging, bowling, swimming...play tennis, badminton, volleyball, soccer..

If you lack energy to exercise, take Super B complex.
To lose weight, try an appetite suppressant.
  • That''s a pretty good plan! Drink as much water as you want - its good for you, and it has 0 sugars, 0 calories, 0 EVERYTHING! :)

Before meals, always drink a full glass of water! It fills you up, & you won''t feel hungry when you''re done with your meal. This has really helped me! I always fill up on water!

I''ve also found that walking for at least 15mins per day really helps with overall weight loss. I usually walk on my treadmill at 4 to 4.5 mph for at LEAST 15 minutes a day!

I hope I could help! I''m 5''7" too and I''m trying to lose weight. My goal is 110!
Good luck - I hope I could help!:)
  • "so I could be 125lbs, I could be 115. It depends on how it looks. (:"

It depends on your health, NOT how it looks. Health should be your first priority
  • I need to gain weight, but right now I am in cross country and running on varsity. If I tried to gain weight now, would I become slower?
  • how much do you weight????

Will I lose weight if I continue to eat like this?

Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 orange, and green tea

Lunch: 1 packet of Quaker Instant Oatmeal (apples and cinnamon) mixed in with a little bit of Old Fashioned plain Quaker Oatmeal and about a cup of unsweetened Blue Diamond Almond Milk

Snack: Smoothie: 2 bananas, mangoes, strawberries and about a cup of Almond Milk

Dinner: Rice with chicken, steak or fish and some cooked veggies

Snack: 15-28 almonds

Other: 8 cups of water
1-2 cups of coffee with a little bit of Almond milk and 2 packets of Stevia per cup

I'm 22 years old, weigh 93 pounds and I am 4'11. My goal is to tone up and get a flatter belly.

Why Losing Weight Fast is Bad!

Recommended Answer:
Whether or not you will lose weight eating like this, depends on how many calories you burn every day, so it's a question that's hard to answer.

The advice that I want to give you is to add much more vegetables, leafy greens, mushrooms, and beans to your diet. According to Dr. Furhman, these are the best foods for weight loss (he wrote many great books, including "Eat to Live"). Fruits are also beneficial, but you are already eating those. Limit whole grains to 1 cup per day.

An easy way to add lots of greens and vegetables to your diet (especially in their raw state, which is best for health and weight loss), I recommend that you start drinking green smoothies. For example, blend some spinach, celery stalks, with apple and a banana, and drink it as a snack. See http://greenreset.com/smoothie-recipes-for-weight-loss/ for some low calorie smoothies, and check out other recipes on that site, with delicious smoothies, soups, etc.

What to eat after a work out?

I weigh 133 lbs and my goal weight is 125 lbs. I usually run 3-4 miles every other day and burn around 500 calories and do arm, leg, core, and ab workouts too. I'm trying to trim down but not bulk up with muscle. What can I eat after I work out that is healthy and help me slim down? All help is appreciated, thank you! :)

  • Fruits and vegiies, or healthy shakes will help!
    Good luck! :)
  • My son drinks milk after he works out because it adds protein thus muscle instead of fat.
  • Definitely milk or chocolate milk! My cross country coach told me that milk is the best thing for your body after a workout... You should also try to eat a small bowl of fruit or veggies with light dip as well...
  • Something with fiber to fill up your still racing metabolism, nutrients, water because you lose alot of water when exercising, and protein to build muscle.

Try- Oatmeal with fruit, veggie burger, peanut butter, you get the idea!

    Hope I helped! :D

Fastest Way to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:
There is no way to really calculate this exactly because we can't determine your exact metabolic energy needs daily based off your info but can guess. But a pound of fat is 3500 calories if you are running a calorie deficit of say 750 calories per day it would take 4.6 days to lose a pound of fat.

But for your age, height and weight you seem to be perfectly fine the weight that you are at and look fine based on your photo. I would recommend that you don't base your 'weight loss goals on weight' you could be gaining muscle while losing fat and end up actually weighing more than you do now but looking better. This is why working out and weight loss is tricking especially for women, as you don't see immediate results so you get discouraged. But keep in mind sometimes losing weight can be detrimental to your overall health if your already a healthy weight and try to push it lower.

How do I get rid of a near obese figure?

I'm 6.1 feet tall and weigh 98kg...that would be near 200lbs I guess. I have a little bit man boobs.
I have a rather big tummy, a lot of fat on waist and thighs.

I used to go to a gym but that didn't help my man boobs at all. How do I get rid of them? Should I run A LOT and eat a lot of protein?

Help would be much appreciated. Thanks. :)

Perfect Ways To Lose Weight

Recommanded Answer:
To lose stomach fat you have to throw out the junk food! You are what you eat, so don’t eat junk. Do not keep junk food like cookies, chips, sweets and other similar products in your house.
Try not to have late night snacks. The main problem with late night snacking is that there is not much activity done after wards. People go straight to bed.Decrease alcohol consumption. If you drink a lot, you will accumulate fat around your waist. Excess alcohol consumption can really give you a belly. Exercise is vital for weight loss and long-term health. Exercising has an immediate effect on weight, in that as you exercise you burn energy. The more muscles you have the more fat you will burn ? Don't starve your self and drink lots of water. Don't eat from a drive threw and eat small portion sizes.

My brother was 115 kg and with poison size eating , exercise and lots of water he lost weight up to 65 kg in 1 and a half year

  • do push ups i also had man boobs, but ever since i started push ups, i partially have the shape of a ripped chest ./.......push ups would do the work,do 100 a day
    in sets
  • okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:

Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a slow cooker /food steamer & rice/pasta cooker to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink mainly water (green tea , juice & milk being the other options you drink). If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken.

also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.

    * you should lose about 10 lbs per month

How do I get a thigh gap?

I have a very small one and when I say small I mean like 1/4 inch one and I need to lose stomach fat also. Please help!!

Lose Weight As You Get Older - Ezine Articles

Recommanded Answer:
If you don't have a thigh gap, you have thigh fat and you'll have to lose it. Your only choice is to lose fat and wait for the gap to appear. How long that takes will depend on your skeletal structure, pelvic width, thigh muscle size, and amount of thigh fat so there's no way to predict it. And, you may not like where else on your body the fat leaves as you diet down in body fat. For example, you could lose cup size as well.

In case you don't know how to lose fat, read my answer about how to lose fat ---> http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=As615QJM4X_3ID9_05qmmlXty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20111028185603AAVcP4D

There are no exercises which will help in any significant way because spot fat reduction is impossible without surgery. Where your body stores and removes fat is determined by your genetics and there is nothing you can do to change that short of radical procedures such as liposuction. And, in general, where it stores fat first is where it will lose it last and visa versa. The world of health and fitness has an unfortunate abundance of myths and spot reduction is one of them. There is no exercise, no pill, no supplements, no spa treatment, and no natural way to spot reduce. Your only choice is to create a caloric deficit with diet and exercise, burn fat, and wait for it to leave the desired body parts.

Always remember that any exercise will burn calories but no exercise will burn fat unless your diet allows it. You can burn fat in your sleep or you can run all day and never burn any fat. It all depends on your diet.

Fat loss is determined by calorie control, not by exercise. Good exercises for burning calories are speed walking, biking, swimming, and ANY other physical activity which makes you move a lot of weight for a long time. But NO exercise is good for burning fat if you eat too many calories because you can always eat more calories than you can burn.

Too many people waste energy and time because they do not understand this one simple point. The result is too often giving up in frustration, abandoning gym memberships they continue to pay for, and many other unnecessary problems not the least of which is a lack of success.

An average person must walk about five miles every day of the week to burn the calories equivalent to a pound of body fat. So, unless you think walking five miles a day or doing that amount of exercise is for you, focus your fat loss program on diet.

Diet for fat loss. Exercise for fitness.

Is 30 minutes twice a day on the elliptical too much

I just bought a precor 5.31 and want to lose 60 lbs. Is 30 minutes twice a day too much? How fast will I lose if I'm eating low carb and doing this?

Lose Weight, No Sweat!

Recommanded Answer:
It's too much. Too much cardio is bad for you. It just burns off your muscle tissue. The key to losing weight is cutting calories. Start with 1500 cals a day, track your cals on fitday.com Do cardio 3 days a week and pump iron three days a week. The easiest program to follow is the Body for Life Program by Bill Phillips. He recommends 20 minutes of cardio x a week but 30 is okay once a day. If the lifting is too much just cut it down to what you can comfortable handle. Figure on losing 1-2 lbs a week, that's doing good, if you lose more, you're just burning off muscle which you don't want to do.

  • No, that isn't too much. You do need to rest at least one day per week though.

Its hard to answer this: How hard are you pushing? Whats your weight/height? Machines usually have a number of calories burnt on display to give you a rough idea.
  • i would say if you feel like your nights rest is reviving you than no. if you are feeling like you have less stamina in general, than maybe. if you are over 250lbs i would say you should take it slow though. i have the opinion that it is very stressful on the body for people around 300lbs to be doing very much all at once. think of it as a bell curve graph, in other words, the more weight you loose, the more exercise you should be able to do safely. at first though, the circulatory system really strains. but no, if you are at a lower weight, i would not worry.
  • Prob not, unless youre pushing yourself super hard!
Its hard to tell how fast youll lose weight without knowing your stats, calorie intake and approx number of calories burned through exercise
  • No that is fine to do. You just have to make sure that you also consume enough food with carbs so you can have energy for when you work out. Proteins are also good to have, but i usually do that after my workouts. AND HYDRATE :D

How many calories should I eat

How Thai Food Can Help You Lose Weight

Recommanded Answer:
If you want to lose weight, don't lose more than 25 lbs please because your weight is just fine already now. You're at a healthy weight. But if you want to lose A BIT of weight, eat healthy (veggies, fruits, berries, wholegrain products instead of white, lean meat like chicken breast or soy protein/tofu, low fat yogurts and so on). You exercise a lot so you should eat 1400 calories a day. Eat breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Try not to eat sugary products, they really can make you crave more sugar or more food. Except sometimes sugar is fine of course. :) Drink 2 liters of water a day. Drink plain green tea -> boosts up your metabolism -> you burn more calories.

This only if you want to lose weight but I don't think you should. Good luck. :)

Need alot of help losing weight very improtant

im shipping out to boot camp on the 13 of feb. and i need to lose as much weight as possible. right now, because i was a lazy ass, im 167...168 and 21% body fat. if i hit 170 or 22% body fat ill be discharged.....im going to be doing alot of jogging and push ups and stuff but does anyone have any other tips or anything? i really need it....food wise..i was thinking about eatin as little as possible?

Simple Tips To Lose Weight And Burn Calories

Recommanded Answer:
The problem with eating as little as possible is all you'll lose is water weight, not fat. Losing weight/fat is about 80% what you eat, so look at what you're eating. Completely stop the junk/fast/fried foods and focus on eating a variety of healthy foods including fruits and vegetables, but also lean proteins (chicken, turkey, fish, lean beef, plain greek yogurt), healthy fats (olive oil, avocado, nuts, hummus), brown rice, oatmeal, milk, low fat cheese, whole wheat bread, etc.

You sure didn't give yourself much time to lose, but I can't tell you how many calories to eat because you didn't provide your age, but download the My Fitness Pal app (or go to the website) and select the option to lose 2lbs per week and it will tell you how many calories to eat each day. You'll probably want to eat more protein than what the app says because they only tell you to eat 15% protein. If you're consistently going over on protein, this is a GREAT thing!

Also, exercise at least an hour a day - maybe even twice a day. Go running or jogging or jump rope or ride your bike or a mixture of all those. You'll want to elevate your heart rate, which will help burn fat. Note that if you are tracking your calories, you'll also want to track your exercise, so the app will encourage you to eat more calories. This is because you're already eating at a deficit. If you don't eat your exercise calories back, you will be eating too little and not lose weight. Your body could go into starvation mode, which is not where you want to be. Good luck!x

How long cardio to lose fat but not muscle?

I've been weight lifting for over 4 years now, and I'm definitely making alot of gains, but I still don't really know about cardio... I never do cardio, and I'd like to start doing it. I just want to know how long sessions of cardio should I do to burn fat, so I could get and stay lean.. but I don't want to lose any muscle. I don't really want to lose weight, I just want to burn all this little fat around me (NOT MUSCLE)

Six Simple Ways For You To Lose Weight

Recommanded Answer:
Its not about how long you do, it is more important the type you do.

Doing cardio can actually help with muscle growth if you do it right. You do not want to be going for an hour cycle or go jogging. You want to be doing extremely high intensity cardio in bursts.

This will achieve everything long easy pace cardio will do however it can increase testosterone and hgh. As it should increase these two, it will probably out way the downsides cardio does to muscle growth.

Sprint as far as you can go ( probably only about a minute ) then walk until you are ready to go again. Keep doing it for as long as you want.

  • Its very hard to lose muslce with cardio
  • Cardio will not burn muscle unless you go to the extreme and run a marathon every day.
The reason why some people lose muscle when doing heaps of cardio is because they are't compensating for the calories burned during the exercise. If you eat enough calories to compensate for the cardio, you won't lose anything.

This may sound odd, but is it bad to eat fruit when trying to lose weight?

I am 5'9, 135 pounds, and trying to get down to 115-120. I absolutely love fruit and if I could, I would eat it for every meal. Of course, I have some control and don't...but if I eat a large apple every morning for breakfast and another piece (like an orange or pear) can I still lose weight? I know weight loss is based on calories but I always hear that fruit is so high in sugar that it's bad. Is that true?

Recommanded Answer:
Nice specs babe, it depends what you eat it with if you eat fruits alone it should be fine. fruits contain sugar which increases your blood sugar so anything else eaten during tht period will be turned to fat, it is the same with alcohol, sugar/carbs and alcohol all have similar properties when it comes to weight loss

  • Fruit does have a sugar but its always necessary to be healthy. Fruits have vitamins that are useful for the body. The way I think about it when I try to lose weight is to eat like a bird. They eat fruit, vegetables, grain. But they don't eat too much and they're always active. Think like that and you'll lose weight in no time c:
  • Demented?
  • Yes, fruit is high in sugar, but it's good sugar. Fruit contains fructose, which is a natural sugar that your body needs. So forget about the sugar part, an apple contains about 75 calories, including essential vitamins and minerals, sugars, and carbohydrates, all which will benefit you while dieting because it's a healthy snack that includes a variety of beneficial things. It's a myth that fruits are bad when trying to lose weight, because they really do nothing but help you. Be sure to incorporate them into your diet, and good luck!

  • Fruit isn't all that high in calories compared to a lot of the crap we eat every day, and it has a lot of good things in it besides the sugar. On the list of things you might consider cutting out of your diet, the apple and orange should be dead last.

P.S. My birds would be really pissed if I gave up apples and oranges

P.P.S. 5'9" 135lbs is pretty thin, unless you've got next to no muscle on your frame. That's about my daughter-in-law's size. Any smaller, Junior might break her.
  • Oh Melissa! You have your e.d. for so long and you want to loose more weight....for whom?!
Stay ...or get healthy and be satisfied with your body. Good luck.
