How does a fat teenager lose weight?

The stats: 154 pounds, 5'7", curvier figure, female

Goals: lose 5 pounds every 2 weeks. 135 pounds by March 19

Current workout: 60 crossover lunges, 60 twist crunches, 80 single leg squats with two pound dumbbells, and 10 minutes of jogging in place.

Diet: drinking more water, cutting down afternoon snack from a bajillion cheese its to about 5 lol.

Do you think this is doing anything for me? What workout would you do?

Perfect Ways To Lose Weight

135 is a good goal! I exercised an hour a day for a month and lost 20 pounds!!! I swam :) but any exercise for an hour a day should work the same too! Now I've been cutting out processed foods for 4 days now and lost 3 pounds so far!! Good luck! :)
