How can I lose 20 pounds by summer?

I'm 15, 5'1 & 147 pounds. I want to be at least 125 before summer... 110 if possible.
My plan is : I'm going to start eating salad for lunch,eat healthy snacks, exercise for at least 30 minutes every day, sleep more & drink ViSalus shakes.
Any other suggestions?
