i know that hes just being dumb to annoy me but it still hurts my feelings and he does it becuz he has an extremely high metabolism and hes so skinny but I just need to get this weight off fast. I was thinking of doing a water fast for a week or two..

Is that we are STILL growing! We will be growing until we are 16 or 17! And brothers are stupid and they don't mean what they say.
Your not overweight too! Actually your the perfect weight and size for your height and age. During pubrity we lose and gain weight at random times at this age. Whatever you lose you might gain.
But to lose weight cut down on the sugar and eat better. I'm pretty sure you do PE at school so you'll have a daily work out.
The sugar really makes you gain.
