If your sisters example is not enough motivation, I don't know what is.
Give your sister (or somebody else you trust) $1000 dollar for a bet - or any amount which hurts you to lose. If you can lose a specified amount of weight in a certain time (1 lb per week is realistic), then she gives you the money back, if not she gets to keep it. That would add a financial incentive. You could also pay yourself $10 per pound lost, if not you give it to a charity.
- You can die if ur fat:(
- I would imagine yourself 60 pounds lighter.
- Here's one suggestion to get and stay motivated. Buy a nice pair of jeans (or whatever you like to wear most of the time; for me it's jeans) one size smaller than you wear now. Make your first goal to lose enough to fit into those jeans or whatever. Every couple of days, try to get them on. Once you can fit into them, buy another pair, again, one size smaller then the jeans you just fit into. If you make your goals small, they're easier to achieve than looking at the whole picture. Instead of saying to yourself "I have 60 lbs to lose" say instead "I have 10 lbs to lose to fit into these jeans".
- You must design a diet/fitness plan specifically for you
