the street rules to losing weight:
1. drink water instead of other drinks
2. make sure you drink water WHILE you eat your food, or before. this will make you not overeat. one of the greatest tricks ever.
3. get active. do whatever you want in this sense. if you're crazy enough to enjoy running go do that, but for the rest of us, lets do something fun, like learn to dance, play a video game (like wii fit or dance dance revolution), or just waste a bunch of energy doing random things like bouncing up and down while youre sitting still XD
- Drink black coffee makes u use the rest room a lot I did it and lost five pounds in 6 days
