drinking lots of water, if you can't go to the gym then just go for some run or do some exercises at home...... one of the things I do is that I go to the library and get some dvds of exercises so I can do it at home.but pretty much if you really want to lose belly fat, you will need exercises or otherwise you won't lose too much

drink a lot of water or other types of fluids. i would not suggests juices or anything like that because of the amount of sugar in them. also, sometimes they have alot of calories in them. i usually drink water, vitamin water zero, or a seltzer/flavored water without the calories.

i would hope you dont starve youself. i would eat alot of fruits and vegtables. limit the amount of carbs you are eating and the amount of processed sugars. if you broke your feet, maybe do some ab or arm exercises. i do not think you will be able to see the results you want until your feet are healed. also, remember that it takes about 4 weeks for you to see results in yourself, and about 8 weeks for your family and friends. dont let that discourage you though. use it as a motivator. i would look up some low-impact abs and arm exercises due to your circumstances.

hope this helped!

  • Get a lot of vegetables and put them in the blender and make it into a smoothie and just drink that you won''t feel woozy or anything because you''ll still be getting enough calories and you''ll be eating healthy
  • You won''t be able to lose that much in just 2 weeks

How To Lose Weight Fast - The Secret To Losing Weight

Girl I know exactly how u feel. But, you have to be doing this for yourself and not for everyone else.....meaning don''t do this because you''re scared of other people are going to think of you in a bathing suit. Yes, you can probably lose like 20 pounds in 4 months, but take it easy on yourself, don''t go crazy burning 500 calories a day an earing 1200 calories a day because you know what?? by nit eating your body goes into starvation mode and your body starts to hold on to fat... you can be eating nothing and end up gaining weight. Your metabolism will slow down and when you eat again, which you probably will end up binging alot, you will gain more weight than you statted with. So this is what i reccomend you do (i am no fitness expert but, I have done this and became the leanest ive ever been in my life): first you need to gain muscle, muscle makes you burn more calories/ it boosts your metabolism. You burn more calories just sleeping than someone who has less muscle than you. Nuumber two: eat 5-6 small meals a day that are healthy and DO NOT COUNT CALORIES!!!! just have a basic idea of how much you need in a day so for example this is what you should eat:

breakfast: 1/3-2/3 cup oatmeal cooked in water, topped with fruit, and almonds OR peanutbutter
snack: a piece of fruit and yogurt or A green smoothie ( you can have as much fruit and veg as you wish, just dont drink juice have smoothies because smoothies still contain the fiber from the fruits)
lunch: a nice big salad with chicken or another lean protein, with a side of rice (1/2 cup) or whole grain crackers
snack: veggies and hummus
dinner: stir fry made with veggies and tofu or chicken ( add rice or noodles if you''ve already worked out)
dessert: 2 cookies and a glass of milk, OR a small amount of something you like :)

It is important o have dessert and foods you like because if you dont, trust me youll go crazy. Next for the workouts do about 30-44 minutes a day of cardio like walking or joggin or skipping rope, etc. and do one 12 minute hiit workout a day!!, try doing the ZWOW workouts or bodyrock. Those will help you burn fat and gain muscle amazingly!!! o was eating right and doing the body rock exercises like 4 times a week and I got really fit, fast, but yea... good luck amd be nice to yourself. seriously dont become too obsessed with this because you can develop an eating disorder. you may not believe it now but it can happen.....

  • A good plan would be:

Breakfast: low fat milk on cooked 9-grain cereal (from health food store), mixed with cooked oatmeal and wheat bran. Add some nuts and berries. Drink hot Ovaltine.

Lunch: Egg, tuna or turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with bean or alfalfa sprouts and yogurt w/fruit. If you had meat loaf for dinner, bring a meat loaf sandwich (NO mayo). On cold days, a squatty thermos of hot chili, split peas with ham or beef stew.

Snacks: Fresh (not canned) fruit: banana, orange, apple, kiwi, grapes, peach, nectarine, cherries, pineapple. No chips and nothing ever from a vending machine.

Dinner: salad with white meat chicken and fresh (not canned) veggies: tomatoes, 2 kinds of lettuce, 2 kinds of shredded cabbage, shredded or sliced carrots, alfalfa or bean sprouts, zucchini, hard boiled eggs, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, tofu, cottage cheese...Instead of dressing, squeeze 1/4 tomato over it.

Or homemade bean/vegetable soups; great way to recycle leftovers.

Or omelet: In blender, whip together eggs, tofu, cottage cheese, onions, garlic powder. Cook with mushrooms, chopped tomatoes.

Foods to avoid: junk food, pastries, desserts, sugar, salty foods, syrup (even canned fruit in syrup), peanut butter, fatty/greasy foods (pork, wieners, chops, bacon, salami, pizza), pasta, potatoes, white bread, rice, canned veggies, ice cream, fast food, soda, chips. And of course no tobacco or alcohol in any form. Both of those add wrinkles and destroy your brain. No oil except olive and mac nut. Coffee also rots your brain.

To keep your skin clear, drink water. Veg. juice is good too. But not canned juice (too much sugar.)

Join a gym; they have all the equipment and staff to show you how to use it to get the look you want to achieve. Much cheaper than buying your own equipment. Also hiking, biking, jogging, bowling, swimming, badminton, tennis...

If you lack energy to exercise, take stress B vitamins.
To lose weight, try an appetite suppressant.

Feeling Dizzy And Nauseated?

Hey I was wondering if you guys can tell me or have a little bit of an idea wat is wrong with me. :\ Anyway, After I was done exercising, I went upstairs to take a shower, and for some odd reason I felt dizzy, nauseated, and had a slight headache. It felt like i was sitting in a spinning computer chair continously without stopping, kinda felt like I wanted to puke. I fell asleep that night feeling that way, and over night got a slight bit better. But when I got up for school, the nauseated and dizzy feeling returned and I feel like I wanted to lay on the floor in my room and pray the nauseated feeling would go away. I don''t know what is wrong or what might be happening that is causing this to happen. Additional information (just in case if this has happened to a certain gender or age before), I''m 15 years old, and I''m a female. Plz help! <:( I feel nauseated Thank you guys for posting any comments that may either tell or help me with my problem, I really apreciate it. :) Okay for the first 2 comments that were replied to my question, I go on the treadmill everyday for 60 minutes, and sometimes do a 2nd time a day. I do stretches but sometimes before I start on the treadmill. I eat only foods that are 190, or 200 calories and under mainly. I sometimes every once in a while eat a 300 calorie meal. I drink water, but the when I''m not I''m drinking a 0 calorie diet pepsi or mountain dew. I hope this may help with your solution for me and diagnosis :\ I hope this helps! :)

How to Lose Weight - Don''t Lose Your Sleep and You''ll Lose Your Weight

Recommended Answer:
It could be a number of things. You may have hypotension (low blood pressure) or dehydration. Try drinking more water in a day and see if that doesn''t help any. Also make sure that you''re getting nourished (protein, water) enough before you exercise since that can be too stressing on the body. Maybe try warming up and stretching before exercise and don''t overdo yourself with exercise.

Another problem that comes to mind is maybe an inner ear issue. It almost sounds like you''re having vertigo...a lot of dizziness symptoms do trace problems in the inner ear and balance. You don''t necessarily have to have ear pain or hearing loss to have a problem with it.

It could also be connected to hormonal changes, but what you''re having sounds pretty severe.

My best recommendation is to tell your mom and see what she says. It could be something minor and may just go away soon, but if it really continues to drag out and not get better, you probably should get checked out by the doctor and get some tests done.

RE-EDIT: Okay, from the sounds of it, you aren''t getting enough calories. Calories make energy, and you need energy for your body to workout like that otherwise it just takes its toll. I suggest eating more healthy foods with protein and vitamins and minerals in them (chicken, fish, fruits, veggies, etc...). This won''t make you gain any weight, but it will give your body more nourishment. Maybe before you work out try supplementing with a protein drink and mineral water and see if that helps at all.

  • Could be the exercise, you might not be eating enough too. I went from the age of 16-17 constantly feeling stomachy and sometimes headachey and now I look at pics I realise I had small portions and it ended up affecting my tummy.
How much exercise did you do? if your not used to it then your body could be in this scenario of OYYE LEAVE ME ALONE, I AINT USED TO THIS!!! haha..

always stretch before you do it, if your jogging or sprinting, start with a ten min walk

Why Losing Weight Fast is Bad!

Recommended Answer:
I''m your same age and I felt the exact same way for a while, but I started using this and it really works.
The healthiest way to loose weight is to have 6 small meals a day. This is the way people are supposed to eat so it doesn''t stretch out your stomach and make you want more food. I started using this method a while ago and It really works. A balance of healthy eating and exercise is a great way to lose weight. So here it goes:
6 times a day (every 2-3 hours)
-fist size amount of protein
-fist size amount of healthy carbs(try to avoid non-natural sugars and processed foods)
2 times a day:
-fist size amount of veggies
Once a day:
-1 tbs unsaturated oil
-drink 10 cups of water (not all at once though)
-have a multi vitamin
Then, the excersise:
-train with weights (no more that 45 mins a week)
-preform at least 30 mins of aerobic excersise 3 times a week
-take it easy on one day of the week.

Hopefully this helps! ;)

  • Your always harder on yourself! I would do lots of ab workouts (sit up, crunches, planks, etc.) if you have some money to te spend go out (or order online) hip hop abs! It sounds dumb an everyone looks dumb doing it, but dang! I lost weight and got a flat stomach so quick!! Another thing I have been doing lately is an iPhone app called 0 to 5k (free version) it''s a running training, and tell you when and how long to run(and walk) (workouts are only 25-35 minutes long) and it really got me in shape for running! If you have an iPhone I would really try it!

Btw: once you have abs remember not to stop working out!
  • When someone tells you "you look skinny" then you have lost weight. If YOU CAN''T SEE IT then you are the one with the problem. That "layer" over your abs is 7 LAYERS of skin. Skinny...is a very silly, stupid negative word...skinny is another word for emaciated. So not cool. AS FOR YOUR BODY your 14 which means you are still growing so relax. However if you want to build your abs HIP HOP ABS, ZUMBA excercises (for abs). Go on youtube to see if you can watch them for free. Oh and your 14 wanting to wear clothes that don''t hide your body? Where are your parents? Your 14, enjoy being a kid....you can expose or "not hide" your body all you want when your an adult (18+). Sorry, not trying to sound like a b**** but I see so many young girls half naked and they think its cute, but to that 30 year old man staring at you HE''S thinking something else. BE SAFE, BE HEALTHY AND BE STRONG! Good luck!
