So according to my doctor I have a fast metabolism so it is extremely hard for me to increase weight. I currently weight 135 lbs and finally I have decided to increase my weight with the help of exercise but I am also looking for advice for other proper ways of increasing weight. I am a male of 25 yrs old and I work as a porter, which is no hard labor.
