Anyone ever done weight watchers?

just signed up online yesterday for weight watchers. I have done it before and lost a few pounds but really need to get with it this time around would like to lose 78lbs or more. I am looking for input from others who have done it a what the trick was for you to make the pounds come off. Ay input is welcome.I plan on doing little bit of exersice on my own as well. Plus with my job on my feet moving all day.Thanks ahead of time.

How many bowel movements should a normal person have?

This is weird to talk about but it really bugs me because I don''t think this is normal. I''ll usually go once every 4-5 days or so and I don''t think its normal because I eat a good diet. I''ve had this problem since I was a teenager and there are times I''ve gone a 2-3 weeks without going. I eat a lot of fiber and take vitamins to try and be healthy but nothing seems to work for this problem. I figured before it was because I ate a lot of junk food but I''ve been dieting for a year (1800 calories a day) and lost nearly a hundred pounds (312-216) but I still have this constant constipation and it drives me crazy. Also a lot of times when I do go I have awful cramps and is generally a miserable and painful experience but I don''t have medical insurance so I don''t really know what''s wrong with me or what I''m doing wrong. Any suggestions?

If this doesnt help within a few weeks, I would go to a doctor since this can get very serious.

Most of the people in my high school go to my college, I went to school with them for 5 years, they never acknowledged my existence in high school or in college...except recently when I lost a lot weight. I was always nice to them, hoping they would be friendly back, but they weren''t, some of them even picked on me, which really scarred me.

What you can do is ignore them especially in situations where you aren''t required to respond to them and generally just brush them off and show a lack of interest. If they stop to speak to you, say hi and give very vague responses and pull yourself out of their company as quick as you can by simply saying that you have to go or you''re busy. It''s hard to learn how to ignore especially when you''re a nice person and your immediate reaction is to be polite and friendly. Don''t make a big deal out of it, just focus on the positive people and don''t make time for those who bring negativity into your life.
Personally, I never add or talk to such persons on social networks either and I delete/block when I have to and I do not care what they think of me.

Can I give my adult dog puppy food to help her gain weight?

My 9-year-old Chihuahua has lost about 1/2 a pound or sorecently (which is a lot when you''re 4 pounds!) She''s not sick or acting strange, she''s just lost weight and feels very boney. If you were feeding Science Diet kibble, for example, I would get a canned Science Diet adult to go with the kibble (or vice-versa.) Puppy food is high in protein, which can be very bad, espeically for a dog with kidney issues. At 9, there''s a good possibility it could be her kidneys causing this. Cancer has to be on the list, too, unfortunately.

This amount of weight-loss is huge. I''m assuming you were waiting until time for the annual shots, but I would cancel that one and get her in right away. They will need to run blood work and possible urine analysis as well. Any dog losing weight like that needs to be seen sooner than later. If your little dog has been eating her usual amount and losing weight all of a sudden, something is definitely wrong.

I have a very clean diet. im very active, im in boxing, i weight train, and i do this program insanity. i lost 11 lbs so far. i want to lose about 9-13 more lbs. my goal is to get toned abs.Well at the end of the week i usually give myself one cheat day and tommarow i plan to have a movie night by myself and have a popcorn, 4 candy bars (2 recees, 2 poptarts, snickers, hersheys bar) Can i do this? I mean i did it last friday and went on to losing a good 3 lbs this week!

Ok so I''m 13 years old girl and turning 14 in September. I''m about 90 pounds and 5 feet tall. I''m a black belt and I used to work out a lot almost everyday of the week.
