How to lose a lot of weight?

I am 100 pounds over weight and keep trying different ways to lose weight but fail, I need a good diet and excerise regimen. Any suggestion? I want to lose it as fast as a possible!

How do I lose fat around my triceps and my thighs?

When I try to flex my muscles, I noticed that there are some fat around my triceps, any way to lose some of that fat? and also for my thighs, when I sit down, my thighs are the size of Alaska, literally. I don't own any dumbbells or have a membership for Gyms. Any other ways to shake off some of these fat?
