How to make my legs thicker?

I want my legs to be thicker because they are pretty skinny. I can't use weights so that's out but how can I make them thicker? Will going on walks help? I love walking so that's why I asked. I want to make them thicker and my butt bigger if that is possible. I'm 15 and I'm a female. Please help. What would help me gain weight in my butt and legs? Would protein bars help? I just don't want my stomach to gain weight too.
