I don't think its a good Idea to do heavy excersisng since you just recently had a c-section...I thought you had to becareful for 3 months after a c-section! and I wouldn't do extreme diet since you just had a baby, your body needs to heal (you probably don't sleep well either yet) Eat healthy, lots of vegetables and fruits...low fats, high protein, try to not eat fastfood or junk food at all, do drink lots of water, it take time for your body to almost return to normal!!! It took me a year after having my baby... you should ask your dr. if you can do crunches and set ups...those help with tummy flab. You could also buy skin tightening creams and put it on daily while you exersice. it helped my tummy hella if the dr. also lets you run...I would run until you sweat!!! if you sweat while exersicing and eat healthish, you'll lose weight in no time!!
