If I have oatmeal for breakfast at 600 calories, a ham and cheese sandwich at 600 calories for lunch and for dinner (here comes the question), I have 800 calories of chicken or pasta or something. Say another night I have the same thing up until dinner. If for dinner, I replaced dinner with 800 calories of cookies and thats all I ate that day. should i be worried about my weight gain?
