I need quick weight loss ideas!?

Okay so I''m going to the great wolf lodge February 10th 2013, I am not fat I have extra belly fat though so it''s almost like hanging off me. I''m trying to burn that in a week and a half. I want to get down to 90 pounds (I''m 13) Female. I loss allot in a hour... So I am capable of loosing weight, and yes I can control what I eat. I just look horrible in a bikini and me and my Best Friend are wearing matching dresses and I hate whole piece swim suits there so uncomfortable with dresses. I really need FREE easy fast weight lost ideas! Please help me! (BTW) I just walked a mile,

  • Sorry, but there is no way you can burn off a bunch of weight in a week and a half; especially since it sounds like you are already at a pretty healthy weight. The maximum amount of real weight you can lose in a week is about 2.5 lbs. You may think you can easily lose weight in an hour, but you probably just getting dehydrated.

    Stop focusing so much on weight and focus more on overall fitness. If you started doing some regular aerobic exercise (running, biking, etc.) and started a good strength training regimen, you would see a major difference in the way you look. Someone who is fit and athletic looking is far more attractive than someone who is just skinny. The aerobic exercise will keep your heart and lungs healthy while helping to burn any excess calories; the strength training will give you more lean and athletic look (and make you a lot stronger)...you won''t bulk up, however, no need to worry about that.

    Healthy always looks (and feels) better than just skinny.

    Drink water
    Train low intencity before breakfast
    After you’ve eaten do high intencity cardio
    Avoid refined sugar
    Avoid complex carbs
    Don’t eat within two hours of dinner
    Train with weights
    Do some light cardio after dinner
