How many calories did I lose?

I am a teen, 5''8, 156 Ibs... I did 60 crunches, 30 lunges, 40 jumping jacks, 160 seconds of wall sits, 40 squats, 10 push ups, 40 arm circles, and 30 seconds planking. I did this all in an hour with breaks in between! Not all in one go XD . . . How many calories do you think I lost?
