Whats the quickest way to Losing weight?

Do you think Diet Sodas really work? Are they healthy for you? And who knows the quickest way to get rid of belly fat?? Help!!!!! Please!! I've always been like a size 7 and after having two kids, my body isn't the same but I want to be back in shape! I'm now in a size 11, help me anyone??

  • honestly their are some great legal pre workouts out their that have natural things found in everyday foods and stuff that will give you tuns of energy when i get home from work and haven't finished or started my day's workout i use c4 pre workout stuff just put a scoop in a bottle of water drink that 15 to 20 mins later i do most of my workouts at once like my 100 push ups for the day but then i slack and only do 50 of my 100 pullups for the day cause i dont wana drink another 1 and depend on them to work out all the time but it gives you some serious energy kinda like coke would but no crash and heart risks and holes in your nose scary stuff

Im 5' and 80lbs. People always tell me Im anorexic and it makes me really upset. Im not anorexic at all but i am very skinny and its hereditary. I eat a lot and i just cant gain weight I have tried to tell them off but it doesnt work because they keep coming back for more. 5''8 205lbs been working out for a week 60 mins on the elliptical 4 times a week might move it up to 5 times not sure on and I strength train one night a week. I completely gave up soda and fast food and am watching my portions. Any other advice? Oh and how long till i notic a difference

One day of bad eating, so worried this will affect my weight loss?

So I have been eating 1200 calories a day and exersising 30min-hour for 4 weeks. Yesterday was my mums birthday so i had a day off and ate fish and chips, cake and some indian food :( So today I am feeling so guilty and am really worried it will effect my weight loss massivley. It's just under 4 weeks until my 21st and I really want to lose 4kg by then. I have already lost 4.5kg and now weigh 59kg and am 5ft2. Do you think this binge will jepordise my weightloss? and do you think it is doable to get down to 55kg by march? thanks!
