What are comebacks for being called anorexic?

Im 5' and 80lbs. People always tell me Im anorexic and it makes me really upset. Im not anorexic at all but i am very skinny and its hereditary. I eat a lot and i just cant gain weight I have tried to tell them off but it doesnt work because they keep coming back for more. Does anybody have any good combacks that i can tell them of with??PLEASE HELP ME ASAP
