How to Burn Body Fat and Lose Weight
Recommended Answer:
Some people simply have really fast metabolisms, so their body burns more calories all the time...Having said that, eating a large amount is fine IF you are eating healthy...you're consuming an awful lot of carbs/sugar and unhealthy fat in that meal...Carbs should be whole grain products, preferably "clean' (no additives or extra processing)...for example I buy fresh bread from my supermarket bakery that has about 5 ingredients (not counting the list of seeds they put on top)...all the ingredients are things I'm familiar with and can pronounce...Fruit is great and 2 oranges and a banana is fine...however, you could have saved 1 or 2 of those pieces of fruit for a snack between b'fast and lunch...Bacon is okay in moderation, but a lean protein would be a better alternative (chicken, fish, eggs, etc)...bacon is high in animal fat, which of course is not a healthy fat...Veggies are high in fiber and don't carry a lot of calories...perhaps instead of bacon and pancakes you might try an omelet (omit some or all the egg yolks) with peppers, onion, avocado, or any other types of veggies that you like...It's okay to eat a lot if you don't gain weight from it, but just because you are slim doesn't mean you are healthy...what you eat is more important in some ways than how much you eat...
