Is gaining 5 pounds noticeable?

So I'm currently recovering from an eating disorder, and so far I've gained about 5 pounds. It could be water weight, I'm not sure. See, I gained the weight in the first 3 days of my recovery, and then for the past 3 weeks or so I've gained nothing, and I've been eating the same amount, sometimes more. So I'm quite confused about that. But I feel like it's noticeable, like when I look in the mirror I look fatter. I don't know if it's just in my head, but it feels like super noticeable. I know in recovery you shouldn't think those things, because its normal to gain weight, but I was just wondering because I'm feeling really paranoid right now.

Dude, be strong willed and eat watever you want.(in moderation of course, hence the strong willed I mentioned earlier)... Ur not going to resist bomb food forever. U need a diet for life so eat anything you want in moderation. For me I usually eat healthy or about 90% healthy Monday through Friday and then the weekend is my TWO cheat days. I eat watever I want. Although I try not to overdo it because if I do I know Mondays gonna be a bit¢h. As well as eating watever I want on the weekend I also don''t workout those two days. to me this Is the only way I can maintain any healthy diet. U get to eat w/e.   • I don''t think its bad. I actually think that all diets should allow one cheat day a week. It isn''t recommended though because for many people, once they have that one food that goes against their diet, its hard for them to get back on their diet because they miss all of the non-diet foods. What I can suggest is buying a lean cuisine pizza. I think its only about 300 calories. And its very good. So you still get your pizza and your still eating a low calorie meal, which helps your diet. Win win situation.
