I am 17 and weigh about 93 pounds. My height is 5ft2 and I am female :) I lost weight due to an eating disorder anorexic relapse, so I have been through the whole 'weight gain' thing before in order to recover but I have gone back downhill... I want my old weight and figure back which was a healthy 108 pounds but I am still weary of what I eat. When I recovered before I ate whatever I pleased and didn't care - this worked well but now I am scared of getting 'fat'. I am not one to do muscle workouts, such as weight lifting, I never have been and it really doesn't appeal to me. The exercise I enjoy is dancing but I am cutting down on exercise as my periods have stopped. What foods should I eat most of? (fat, sugar, protein, carbs,?) Please give some examples of meals and snacks I could have, I have had a bad day today fighting this but I ate well and am determined to beat ANA :)
