I want to lose weight but is too dificult?

I weight about 280 now I used to be 200,am male,15 years old...and everytime I want to lose weight I say I can do it but then I just give up and I want to because my family makes fun of me and on my school like they're never seen a fat boy whit moobs(man boobs) so I want to but is impossible to lose weight,I want to talk to a doctor to see if they cam get me a trainer so she/he help me,but now that I just started high school I can't,and u feel that gym doesn't work out at all I want a trainer to help me lose weight and have a six pack am not doing this to impress nobody I want to do it because I want to be able to have confidence on myself and be able to approach to anyone so they won't get gross out!!!

I suggest keeping track of your calories because it helps keep you organized, but you don't have to. Eat a lot of fruits of vegetables everyday. Eat a big breakfast. As you go, if you feel like it, get a gym membership (it's totally normal, teens go to gyms regularly) and go there maybe 3 times a week or so and run on the treadmill, or do elliptical and you don't need a trainer.
