I want to lose weight what should I eat and should not?

For breakfast lunch and dinner. I work so at work it's hard for me not to go to McDonalds and eat. So if anyone can help that would e great!

Going on a diet requires (sounds dumb but) dedication. Think about it, what's the point of buying expensive healthy foods but in the end of the day you're still going to eat McDonalds! It's a waste of money, time and energy going to McDonalds. STAY AWAY FROM ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS! Subway, Wendy's, Burger King, Chic Fil A, etc. Don't buy ANYTHING from there, even the foods they claim to be healthy. For example, the salads and wraps they have are just as unhealthy as their burgers and chicken sandwiches. EAT ORGANICI don't know where you live but if you have a Wegmans grocery store near you- go there. They have tons of healthy organic foods that are amazing for you! Organic foods are the HEALTHIES and BEST thing to eat. You can never go wrong with organic food! NO SUGAR! Avoid any unnecessary sugar. Such as soda, candy, chocolate, etc. Our bodies actually doesn't need sugar so avoid putting any extra sugar into you because sugar will turn to fat and make you gain weight. There's already sugar in organic food, so don't add any processed sugar! Drink plenty of water!!! Drinking water throughout the day prevents cravings, and getting hungry. It's just great for you overall!Exercise early in the morning. BE PROACTIVE. I know, everyone loves to sleep in, but exercising early helps speed up your metabolism (what's good for losing weight). Sleep early, around 8-9 and wake up an hour earlier. Go for a jog, do jumping jacks, dance, jump rope, etc. Any cardio exercise will also help your heart :) <3Do NOT eat late at night. I don't know what time you eat dinner, but please don't eat it right before you sleep. It'll make it harder for your body to digest the food since you are asleep. Eat dinner 3 hours before sleeping. Eating late at night will ALSO slow down your metabolism.FRUITS AND VEGGIES!!! The best thing you can eat while on a diet is fruit and veggies! I personally do not like eating veggies and fruit SO I make smoothies, and juice. It's healthy, and delicious. When ever I make a smoothie I always add spinach since it adds extra vitamins and nutrients and doesn't have any flavor. instead of using milk or yogurt I use sugar free almond milk. Low in calories and has no sugar, or fat! Don't forget to exercise whenever you can! I hope I helped!! :)
