It'll take time to get used to it but it is worth it and will help you lose weight fast to eat natural things without a lot added to it.As for snacks and desserts, you will have to limit those or find healthier options like frozen yogurt and reduced fat ice cream as well as cookies with few ingredients and less fat and calories. It would be extremely difficult for you to lose 1/4 or 25% of your weight by that time frame. You need to first get out of the mindset that losing weight is going to be an easy task.I'm no expert, but you should definitely eat a better variety of foods throughout the day. Eating healthy throughout the day keeps your metabolism going. Not sure on how much, or what to eat exactly, but if you were to have 6-8 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going, it would be a start. Working out in the morning makes it so your metabolism is working at a faster pace and losing more calories during the day. Hope I helped a little bit.
