Do I sound healthy or should I start exercising more often?

I'm a 15 year old girl. I'm really serious about my health and I want to stay fit, it's my number one goal in life. I'm around 114 pounds, and 5 ft. 4. I was always very athletic but over the summer I really let myself go, and now I don't remember the last time I exercised. I was 110 pounds and I went up to 116, then back down to 114.I've been eating alright I guess, kind of fattening foods but not too bad. I have noticed a bit weight gain in my legs and hips, but do you think I really should worry? For some reason I think my muscles are so much worse, my legs used to be so thin and rock hard when I flexed my muscles, now when I flex they are just flabby fat and skin. Do you think I should start exercsing again? it's a little tough since I have so much school stuff to worry about, but is it really important to?

I wanna Lose 30-40 pounds before december Is their an easy way to do it?

I really Want to And Need to lose weight cause my doctor says that I'm a bit over weight. I'm 13 years old and I think I weigh about 150-160 pounds. I'm not sure what my height is but the last time I checked it was 5.4, something like that. I don't really get much exercise during the summer. I usually stay indoors and watch t.v. But when I do get exercise its usually swimming or going for little walks, but I usually stay home. For School it's Gym and walking down to the bus stop in the morning and back up in the afternoon. And when I get home I always get a snack. My Meals Are:Breakfast(School Days) Oatmeal with a spoon of sugar. And If its the weekend or Vacation I usually don't eat breakfast.Lunch (Home): If I Do eat lunch, it would be either 2 Hot dogs Cooked in the microwave with some chips. Or a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. But I usually don't eat lunch at home. For School Lunch It would be whatever there serving with white milk.Dinner: So far my Parent's mostly been making: Hot Dogs and Mac&Cheese, Mozzarella Sticks, Fish Sticks, Kabassa (Sometimes cooked in strawberry jelly), and Pizza from Village. I do eat a lot of snacks during the day on weekends and vacations (Ice-cream, cookies, pie, ect) and I usually have a couple of servings at dinner time, sometimes I even have 3-4 servings. So If anyone can suggest a workout and eating plan for me I would be very thankful. I really want to lose weight. I'm sick of having to buy bigger clothes than my older sister and being the biggest outta my friends even though I'm the youngest. I'm also sick of all the stretch marks. I wanna be the skinny me I picture in my head. Thanks!

How to Lose Weight & Keep a Healthy Looking Face

Well, I commend you for wanting to improve your health and lose weight but there's not really a quick easy way to do it, it does take hard work. You could lose 10 a month, but it is better to do it slowly between 1-3 pounds per week.Your breakfast sounds great, except reduce the sugar and maybe add some honey.Lunch: Can you eat something else besides hot dogs? Hot dogs aren't very healthy, or if you could ask your parents to buy turkey hot dogs, that's healthier and probably you should just have one. Peanut Butter and jelly sandwiches are okay but make sure to get peanut butter or almond butter without added sugar and no high fructose corn syrup, also for the jelly too try to find some without added sugar or high fructose corn syrup (HFCS)Try to eat more veggies and fruits with any meal and if you eat lunch meat, careful with high sodium (salt)Dinner: Again, hot dogs are not ideal or not what would be best to have, also Mozzarella sticks are fried so they have a lot of fat, try to eat things that are baked or don't use a lot of oil, fish sticks aren't terrible but not the best as well as if you eat kielbasa, just make sure to only have one and again try to eat some steamed veggies without oil or anything. It'll take time to get used to it but it is worth it and will help you lose weight fast to eat natural things without a lot added to it.As for snacks and desserts, you will have to limit those or find healthier options like frozen yogurt and reduced fat ice cream as well as cookies with few ingredients and less fat and calories. Better to save desserts and sweet things for special occasions or once a week.If you can exercise at least 30 minutes 3-6 times per week that would be best, such as walking or biking, getting your heart rate increased, remember to warm up by walking slowly for a few minutes then walking faster.Remember, the most important reason to lose weight and fat is for health and fitness, not only looks!I wish you the best on your journey! and remember to ask your parents for help too!

  • Its Hard But You Should Try Insanity. you Dont Need Any Equitment Its A At Home Work Were Tons Of People Lots From 40 - 100 Pounds Check It Out Trust Me Youll Be Happy You Did P.S It Is Hard But Totally Worth It :)
  • The fastest way would be liposuction..... I heard it's really easier if you have the money :PBut seriously.... There is no easy way to lose that much weight so fast. It would be extremely difficult for you to lose 1/4 or 25% of your weight by that time frame. You need to first get out of the mindset that losing weight is going to be an easy task.I'm no expert, but you should definitely eat a better variety of foods throughout the day. Eating healthy throughout the day keeps your metabolism going. Not sure on how much, or what to eat exactly, but if you were to have 6-8 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going, it would be a start. Working out in the morning makes it so your metabolism is working at a faster pace and losing more calories during the day. Hope I helped a little bit. I would ask your school health teacher for some pointers.

Has anyone tried Prescopodene and is it really effective without side effects?

HI, I am 33 and I m planning to use a weight loss supplement. I have been researching for what to use and I am just clueless what to try as there are plenty of products to choose from over the internet. I have asked some people and they have recommended different types of pills. Has anyone of you tried Prescopodene and is it really true that it doesn't have side effects?

How to Use Free Weights to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

I have been taking the pills for almost 5 months now and lost just a little less than 15kg, so far. The first few days I was taking them, I thought it was pills that were giving me the headaches. I stopped for a bit and I was still getting the headaches. So I continued taking them and the headaches went away. I figured it must have been because I was lacking sleep at the time. Didn't experience any side effects since then. This is perfectly safe to use.

  • If it has side effect it must not show in recent but sometimes it shows side effect in future. I think it's not safe specially if you use it for long time. I suggest you change your life style. I have some simple tips for weight loss problem. Download at : http://speedyfiles.net/file/0s59a8
  • I am currently taking Prescopodene. I badly need to lose weight because I have type 2 diabetes. Losing weight is almost next to impossible because I have a huge appetite. But not anymore, Prescopodene helped me curb my appetite and am now on my way to achieving my target weight. And no, in the months that I am using this product, I didn't feel a single side effect.
  • I am currently taking Prescopodene for almost 3 months now and from day one I haven't had any side effects. The only effect I am experiencing from taking it is that I felt my appetite was suppressed which is a good thing because I can now control the amount of food I am taking.
  • no i haven't tried it but my friend did. she tried it for 6 mnths last year & successfuly lost around 17 kilos (not sure of the exact weight lost). I think there's no harm in trying...
  • Based on my friend's experience and currently using Prescopodene it works well on her, I witnessed how presco change her a lot, before she's weighing 96kgs now she already 79kgs and she told me she already lose 17kgs in 4 months and she didn't experience any side effects. you just need to have discipline to yourself specially in eating right and healthy foods.

How to Run to Lose Weight

Fitness training programs should always be built around muscle building. Muscle is the most protective and productive material in the body and it is too often overlooked. Here's some of what you get with muscle.• Stronger bones & increased mineral density (osteoporosis protection)• Stronger body & musculature (improved protection from injury)• More robust organic and systemic fitness (more survivable in crisis) • Improved cardio-vascular function (better than "cardio")• Higher basal metabolic rate (~5-50 cal/day/pound of muscle)• Easier fat loss (more efficient lipid consumption)• Greater calorie consumption (prolonged afterburn)• Supports body sculpting (hypertrophy)• Slows natural loss of muscle mass (sarcopenia) over age 30• Minimal wear & tear (low risk)Cardio or aerobics do little to build muscle. They are designed to build endurance. The best form of muscle building for the general population is high intensity training. The involves no more than 1-2 hours per week of exercise. Here's an example of a 12 minute per week session which is an excellent training regimen for the novice. --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVhhbC51_3k&feature=related . Those five exercises will account for all of the muscle building required for most people who want no more than a basic fitness program. After muscle building, the rest of the fitness training should involve some aerobic activity that will elevate the heart rate to about 70-80% of max where max = (220 - your age) in beats per minute. Do only low risk training such as walking (not running), swimming, dancing, aerobicise, etc. 30 minutes three or more times per week is sufficient. The key to fat loss is not exercise, it's diet.Any exercise will burn calories but no exercise will burn fat unless your diet allows it. You can burn fat in your sleep or you can run all day and never burn any fat. It all depends on your diet. Fat loss is determined by calorie control, not by exercise. Good exercises for burning calories are speed walking, biking, swimming, dancing, etc. and ANY other physical activity which makes you move a lot of weight for a long time. But NO exercise is good for burning fat if you eat too many calories because you can always eat more calories than you can burn but you can't always burn as many as you take in.Too many people waste energy and time because they do not understand this one simple point. The result is too often giving up in frustration, abandoning gym memberships they continue to pay for, and many other unnecessary problems not the least of which is a lack of success. An average person must walk about five miles every day for a week to burn the calories equivalent to a pound of body fat. So, unless you think walking about five miles a day (or doing an equivalent amount of exercise) with no guarantee of fat loss makes sense, focus your fat loss program on diet.Diet for fat loss. Exercise for fitness. • Clickmas... Is giving you a lot of information, some of it at odds with what I understand and some likely contradictory.Although "building muscle" is not a bad idea, most all exercise physiologists indicate that aerobic exercise (what folks are calling "cardio" these days) is the most efficient for weight control and general health. As most aerobic exercises do not greatly involve the upper body, at least some weight-bearing or resistance exercise is indicated for muscle maintenance and bone health. The most-efficient form of aerobic exercise involves "high intensity" intervals. Basics.... Aerobic exercise is all about your heart rate. You want to maintain your heart rate in the "aerobic training zone" (65-75% of max) for the duration of the workout. As you gain fitness, you can incorporate intervals at 90% of max. Get a checkup first. Make sure you are physically capable of such efforts. It doesn't matter much what specific exercise you do. As long as your heart rate is raised sufficiently...It's good. The important thing is to do something you like and will actually do for the long term.
