I can't lose weight without any suppliments - And they almost killed me before. What do I do?

Good afternoon. To begin, I'm a 22 year old female. My height is 5 feet 8 inches, and I weigh currently around 116-118 (Depending on time of the day). My goal is to get back down to around 114, which is where I was about a month ago. As it is now, my weight seems to be spiraling out of control (I mean, 4 lbs in a month?)I used to weigh around 135. I hated it, I hated being this overweight whale of a whatever. I started to work out heavily, jogging 2 miles a day and several hundred sit ups. You can name it, I've probably done it, and it was working for a time.Weight loss at some point began to stop, no matter my efforts, so I began an ultra restrictive diet. This diet consisted of a total calorie breakdown of nearly anything I ate. I wouldn't eat refined sugar, I wouldn't eat any non-naturally produced food, and the only meat i would consume was chicken. Though because i dislike the taste of meat, It was up to beans and almonds for most of my protein sources. This diet helped me get down to about 122-125 range, but then, even eating less then 1k calories a day and counting every single macro nutrient, it wasn't enough.I started taking so many different diet pills, whatever complete nutrition would sell to me at the time. The best results I had came from refirm diet pills, which got me to the aforementioned 114. I was really really happy, but then I found out I needed to get two surgeries (these are unrelated to the diet pills). While I was getting these surgeries done, a complication arose. I was taking so many diet pills, that my intestines were weak enough that a simple touch by the surgeons hands was enough to rip them apart. They told me it was a side effect of all the laxatives I was taking to keep the scale number low.Fast forward until now - I stopped taking the diet pills for fear of total digestive collapse, and I've adopted a diet that includes refined sugar and other "normal people" foods. I consider it moderately healthy, as there is no fast food or anything like that. It's just also not the other extreme of no refined sugar and only x of x a day, if that makes any sense. While I was recovering from the surgery, I couldn't exercise much let alone sit down. Now that I'm finally regaining my physical strength and capacity to work hard, my question is, What can I do to bring my weight down?I don't want to hear the good guy answers - The scale number haunts me in my dreams. If starvation is the only thing I can do, I'll do it - I've done it before. Laxatives, or even diet pills, another restrictive calorie intake, extreme work outs, anything. Please help me get that number down before it drives me crazy...I'd really like to not be a fat piece of garbage ._.
