- Don't use protein drinks or anything, those things are crap. Eat healthy and have a lot of meat, preferably baked not fried. Chicken, beef, even fish. Have vegetables, fruits, some dairy, make sure your meat isn't fatty, no too sugary foods. Don't have a lot of bread type foods but eat some. Exercise as well if you want muscle, ride a bike, do push ups/pull ups, crunches, sit ups, lift weights, etc. Don't exert yourself the first few times either, exercise for a few days then take a break.
