How to lose 5 kilograms in 5 days?

I weight roughly 78kg and am 5"4zz I hate myself and want to lose a little bit of weight.. I've started by skipping breakky and lunch and have found that I can slip into my track suit pants a lot more loosely and they start to look a little bit baggy but only slightly.. Any tips?

5 kg in 5 to 6 week should be the right target losing 1 kg per week is ok.. otherwise you would end up putting up more fatdont try fad diets , pills etc...you may suffer from hair loss, coma or other side effects etc eat veggies , fruits , drink right amount of water instead of colas/soft drinksavoid oily , nonveg , sugary food . avoid colas , sodas etcdaily exercise for 30-40 minutes ( choose brisk walking , cycling , swimming etc )add some strenght training like lifting weighs in gym or buy own dumbells 2 days per week
