How to lose weight as fast as possible?

I'm 13 and half years old boy.I'm 5'6 feet.I weigh 78 kg or 166 pounds.My stomach,ass,hips etc are very fat and I look very ugly.and the thing I hate is the negative impact of overweight on my face.I lost my facial beauty bcoz of overweight.plzzzzzzzzz anyone suggest me tips for losing weight at shortest time.List me diets and exercises.I eat one egg everyday.often 2eggs a day.I eat chicken and rice for lunch.eat sweetS in the afternoon and Eat the same thing for lunch and supper.I sometimes eat burger for tiffin.Believe it or not,I don't do any exercises.occasionally,I eat a lot of beef or mutton.
