How to Lose Weight Gain Muscle

Recommended Answer:

I suggest doing crunches, and also laying down and pulling your (stiff) legs up to grow your lower abs, often a sore spot regarding muscle definition. To lose the weight, go cardio all the way, using this method:20 secs exercise, as fast as you can10 s restdo this with:- jumping jacks- ski jacks- side to side jumps- "wacky jacks"- squat jumps- mountain climbers.do these for around 25 mins, it's a good cardio, maybe look something harder up, because i don't know your fitness level. you should aim for feeling like puking and then a little more, because the nausea means you ran out of glucose, so it starts burning fat after that. Everybody has a sixpack, but often it's hidden beneath a layer of fat.don't do ab exercises every day, but every other day. Also, if you work out your whole body, it will stimulate muscle growth.eat healthy, lots of vegetables, avoid pop, and especially "no fat" and "no sugar" food. these foods actually contain processed ingredients that your body can't recognise and so it stores it, like hydrogenated oil. Also avoid high fructose corn syrup, because lots of american foods have it.

Other Answers:

  • Doing sit-ups can really help you get six pack, pretty fast too. When i was younger, I would do 50 sit-ups a day and I started noticing a six pack about 2 weeks after.
  • Low bodyfat + decent muscle mass = six packMost people lack the decent muscle mass part. Just like any other muscle, abs respond best to heavy weights (compound lifts and direct ab work) whilst being in a calorie surplus to gain weight. Once you've built the muscle you then start cutting (calorie deficit) to reveal your abs.
  • We all have six packs. Here is a page that really goes into great detail about working and using your core and abs through the day becoming very aware of them even when you aren't traditionally working out.Everything adds up.The page is titled exercises for women over a certain age, however the tips in it and ideas were extremely helpful.Well worth checking out!
