The key things to losing weight is eating good food, eating less, and exercising.Im not saying to starve your self but you cant lose weight but eating the same amout of calories. Calories a unit of energy, so when you eat more than needed you body stores the calories as fat for a day when you wont have any food, i know people eat everyday and have food but thats just animal insticnt and genetics. By eating good food i mean dont eat food that comes in a box and is microwaveable. Eating meat is the healthiest for you. My meals consist of a protein as the maine part and some veggies like brocolli and brussel sprouts or a salad without dressing or just vinigar.And other meals have meat and fruits or just a salad sometimes. I ate lean protein meals with veggies that dont have too much sugar and fruits that have healthy sugars and fats.I ate about 1500 calories a day, 5-6 meals a day. And working out 5 times a week. 4 days muscle/weights 3 days cardio.
