How to get my body RIGHT?!?

Ok i am 5"5 and i weigh 185 which is alot for my height. Im trying to lose weight but i dnt wnt to lose my butt! If n e thing i want it to get bigger! I jus recently started going jogging at night. How can i lose weight quick but keep my curves? And wat shud i eat?! Please help!

Eat 1200 calories a day and eat protein bars fruit etc. stay away from dairy like bread milk etc. Join a sport! I cheerlead and love it. I also enjoy running so I run a mile 3x a week. Losing weight won't make you lose curves. Unless you drop 90 pounds yout fine. It looks like you need to lose a good amount of weight so talk to your mom and tell her your serious. I enjoy fruit smoothies which I mix some spinach in as i don't like salad which hides it. Medifast is a great diet. Go to calorie calculator and it will tell you how much calories you need to eat while losing a healthy amount of weight a week. You need to be dedicated as you can't just magically drop weight.
