How can I gain more weight at offensive line?

I play offensive line and i am too small. I am only 200 pounds/6 feet tall and i condition way too much. I love working out and i keep losing the weight. I try to eat healthy as i can while eating fatty foods but i keep losing the weight. How can i gain weight... i need to get back to at least 220 like i was freshman year.dont worry. I am already slow at 200 so id rather be bigger and slow that skinny/FIT and slow at 200.

How to Lose Weight Without Relying on Exercise

Personally, I do not believe that your best fit is on the offensive line. Moreover, I do not believe that you need to gain any weight for football.Based on your height and weight, I believe the best fit for you is at fullback. You have the ideal size for a high school sophomore fullback. My best advice for you is to work hard and perform very well in practice every day. In addition to eating healthy, what you need to do this autumn (and every offseason) is exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch high school football player, who could go on to play college football.By the way, your chances of playing college football depend on your performance in football during your sophomore, junior, and especially senior, years of high school. If you perform very well in football during your final 3 years of high school, you will greatly improve your chances of getting recruited to play for a college football program in the future.
