I've been drinking ACV with water for about a week now and I've noticed that I've been gaining weight rather than losing it. So does it really work like everyone says it does?If it does, is there any scientific evidence to prove it? (I've researched on my own as well; most reviews have been positive, however it's been stated that weight loss with drinking ACV is not backed up by actual evidence and therefore ineffective).What is the most efficient way to drink ACV?
