Can I exercise before taking a blood test?

im taking a glucose tolerance test (oral) for the second time.well on my first time my fasting glucose was 103 (prediabetic) but on the glucose test 2 hours after drinking it was 78 but insulin was at 17 wich is high....right?well ive lost weight 25lb and went on like a diet sort of thing. well i exersise evry day.i have a glucose test tomorow and im afraid that if i dont exersise that my numbers are going to be high. if i exersise tonight will that be okay?
