Are these good healthy things for me to do?

Running: 5 mins, 3 sets (I'm overweight, so I get tired pretty easily)Crunches: 50, 3 sets ( I do them on a big ball)Lifting: I lift on 80 and do 3 sets of them, 15 each.I drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits and veggies, and I do eat my proteins. Is this a good way to lose weight fast.

Do whats comfortable to..start out with this and see how it goes...if its too much then lighten it until u lose more weight if u find that this is too easy add to it
