I go to a college and study a lot. I don't have much time for other stuff. I became weak and have large belly since always. I have a muscle disease and get tired very fast. I decided to buy a hula hop and play with it before sleep and go to the gym and work on elliptical machine (so i will train my upper and lower body) 3-4 times a week. The doctors said this is the only machine i'm allowed to exercise on. Will this help me to gain some belly muscles and maybe lose some weight? I eat healthy, don't worry about that, the problem is that i just sit too much.
