From what your told its hard to say what machines as we dont know your strength ability, but below is a rough idea for a workout you can do at home. Talk to any of the fitness instructors at the gym and get them to write up an idea of what will help you achieve tour goals but its important to Maintain a healthy balanced diet and continue to exercise regularly. Without knowig what tou already eat its hard to advise. But Avoid foods high in sugar and fatSwap whites for whole grain White potatoes for sweet potatoe Eat a lot of green leafy vegetablesProtein at least three times a dayDrink at least 2L of water each dayEat lean meats (beef mince for kangaroo mince)Chicken, turkey and fish are greatSwap full cream milk for skimFull cream dairy products for low fat Do a lot of cardio exercises, light weight bearing exercises.A rough workout regime you can do at home 3 times a week 20 jumping jacks20 alternating lunges with abdominal twist10 push ups15 sit ups15 squats (weighted for added effectiveness) 20 mountain climbers30 sec plank (ensure to hold abdominal muscles tight)10 weighted side bends each side15 sit ups15 squats 10 push ups20 jumping jacks 20 alternating lunges with abdominal twist 15 sit ups 15 squats 30sec- 1minute plank or wall sit (holding abdominal muscles tight) This is just an example variations can be made to suite fitness requirements, this is great for cardio to help burn calories and is great to tone abdominal muscles if your up for it try to repeat twice three times a week. Yoga, strength training, boxing great to burn calories great for cardio and fun, resistance exercises are great too, since you already at member at a gym join in on fitness classes there fun and a great way to stay motivated.
