Well to answer your question, yes you will look skinnier, but you will lose an unhealthy amount of weight.Starving yourself is very dangerous and can lead to serious health problems. You can suffer from hair loss, fatigue, feeling incredibly weak, and passing out frequently. If it is too serious starving yourself can even lead to death.I recommed going on an actual safe diet and an exercise plan. Make sure you et all your nutrients and protein that your body needs. You can lose weight in a safe and more healthy way than starving yourself. Working out doesn't have to lead to muscle growth. Going swimming, on a walk or run can keep your body fit without gaining a ton of muscle. However, if you feel like you are overly attached or concerned about your weight in an unhealthy way (starving yourself, becoming anorexic, etc) then I would highly recommend going to talk to a psychiatrist about a possible eating disorder. It is for your own safety.Good luck and best wishesOther Answers:
- Not much, just make you fatter when you start eating properly. You want to be thin starvation isnt going to doing anything for you unless you eat that way the rest of your life.
- Yes, you will get skinnier. But you'll lose fat AND muscle. That means you won't look toned anymore. Say goodbye to having abs and a muscular booty.
- It will make you hungry.
- STOP STARVING YOURSELF. That's completely unhealthy, and not good for your body, or your mind. Try Jenny Craig or Nutri-system, but don't starve yourself.
- Yes. And if you want to stay skinny you can slowly start eating again like start off with soups then get into veggies and keep adding food till your body gets used to it
- Uhm starving yourself will get you skinny but ugly skinny like bones
- Don't starve yourself because then when you eat your going to get a lot bigger. I got really fat when I was with my boyfriend I was 135, then he cheated on me I was so stressed I cut back on my eating a lot. I weighed about 115 when I got back with him. Stress helps. JK. its true. start eating less there's skinny fat. Just skinny and healthy.
