What will happen if I go on a binge-fast diet?

I'm 14, female, and 5'2. I weighed 117 a few months ago, but then I fasted with only drinking water for 2 weeks and weighed 101 pounds. I started to eat again but I had a lot of problems with digesting my food and I even got kidney stones. Well I don't own a scale (i weighed myself at friends houses) but I'm pretty sure I gained a lot of weight so I'm back where I started... I started to fast again but I don't want digestive problems and I definitely do not want kidneystones. It's day 5. So far so good. What if I binged on the seventh or eighth day and then fasted another week? (By the way, I can't purge no matter how hard I try. It's the way my throat is trust me I know)Or because I'm so scared I'm most likely going to go two weeks again and binge on the 14th or 15th day and then start fasting again, what would happen? Weight loss? Gain? Digestive problems? And what if I continued to do this for two to three months? Also, I know it's not healthy, and I used to think I was too fat to be considered anorexic. I still kind of do but let's just call this an anorexic diet plan for now... Please don't try and tell me I'm perfect or try and convince me not to, I appreciate you're words but I'm quite stubborn. Thank you!

Well, I've done fasting and binging, and the outcome wasn't good. If you continue to do this for two or three months, your health will probably go downhill if it already hasn't. You probably have digestive problems because you aren't eating enough. I'm the same height and I'm 123lbs which is healthier, than 101lbs. Even though you will lose weight if you do the binge fasting diet, you still will not be healthy and feel good. Have confidence in yourself, and don't starve yourself because I've been in the emergency room for doing what you've done, and it wasn't at all pretty honey.

  • Fasting doesn't help in the long run. I'm not gonna try to convince u to stop cause I've been there and know how annoying it is when other people feel they need to chime in. after your done fasting u probably don't eat a lot but u would eat more than like a usual meal which is fine. And ur stomach is so like starved and stuff tht it just all comes back really fast like a citrus cleanse diet. what worked for me is not fasting but just not eating so much. Don't just start with like a 100 calorie diet a day. U have to start slowly and work up to it. So maybe instead of nothing to eat have like an apple, a bagel, and some vegetables everyday. Just remeber to work ur way down to not very much. Also have like a reg workout routine. Nothing big. Like maybe run everyother day or something. I run five miles a day (but I've been running since I was like six lol) and stuck to Luke a 300 calorie a day diet. I used to weigh like 135 I think bow I'm at 102 and have stayed there. I don't go back and fourth. Hope this helps. Just remeber to go slow.
  • dieting too mush is not healthy eat regularly but eat less and healthy. boiled green vegetables fried in less oil with salt and pepper green tea black coffee are also helpful
