What are some good ways to make my butt smaller?

I have a HUGE butt, okay well it's not huge, but it's way out of proportion to my body. I have an extremely flat stomach, and I am tiny on top. I am 5'6, and I weigh 125. Majority of my weight goes to my thighs and butt. It is also very toned, but is there any way that I can make it smaller? Any exercises? I am very healthy as well, I just gain weight in my butt. And like I said, I don't need toning. I need to lose weight in my legs!
