that's a good amount of exercise as long as its right for you and you're having rest days etc. also try some weight training if you don't to that already. loads of cardio will help you lose weight but weight training will help you gain lean muscle mass (if you want that, that is! :L)Other Answers:

- 5 days and 2 rest days. Split your rest days. So 3 days on 1 off 2 on 1 off. That way you exercise different days every week too
