How to Calculate Calorie Intake to Lose Weight
Recommended Answer:
Weight loss does not mean physical activities alone. It means making healthy food choices too. Please read the article below. Maybe caloric restriction would be good for you. Consult a nutritionist or dietitian. For the training, strength training is best and then get some alternative programs.Other Answers:
- You know, there's a search bar for a reason...
- That's really vague. Rule of thumb is (if done correctly) you lose 8-10 pounds a month. So say you wanna be 110? (I would assume that's a very lean weight for your height). Then I would give it 2.5-3 months for you to be at your goal. But also after every 10 pounds you really see a difference. (Usually a jean/pant size smaller by each 10 pounds). So even in one month you will feel a lot better.Don't overdo the exercising/dieting. Do what's comfortable but with the extra push you need. It's okay to skip once a week on exercising to relax as long as you don't stay lazy all day. And sometimes "eating healthy" isn't enough/most important. (I mean, yeah it's important) but sometimes people still overeat healthy foods which ruins the purpose of a diet. Count your calories! (You can find an app from the iOS app store or android that can help explain how many calories a day you should eat). And you don't have to constantly work out all throughout the day. Get a good hour or so of a FULL ON OUT exercise but after that you just have the day to be slightly active (as in, just not sitting down for hours... walking around.. using stairs.. going to places.. doing chores.. etc). Swimming in and of itself is a great exercise for burning fat so I really don't see ow all teh other exercise plans are necessary within the same day. You can switch up the exercises each day so you target certain areas each day but you do not have to beat yourself up to work out so much within 24 hours because the weight will still come off with slightly regular exercise.
