Trying to tone my stomach?

I have minimal belly fat, meaning i'm quite skinny but there's still fat there because I haven't been working out like i should. I just got a treadmill. Can just running on the treadmill daily and burning between 250-500 calories + doing a mixture of crunches at night, drinking 8 8 oz glasses of water, and slowing down on junk food tone my stomach? I don't want a 6 pack or anything, I just want to be rid of the jiggle!
