Does weight loss cream work?

A friend of the wife's sells all kinds of creams and pills in her beauty and health store in the Philippines. I have just seen that she is selling weight loss cream. I've never heard of it before, so I'm wondering if it is just one of those products that people buy who are gullible, or does it actually work? I have no idea what the ingredients are, but obviously people are buying it regardless of what is in it. Does anyone here have an opinion on it? I would hate to think this friend is ripping people off.

I'm a 14 year old boy who wants to lose weight any tips?

Okay, so I wanna lose weight/gain muscle, I'm 150lbs and 5'7-5'9 not too sure, but whenever I tell my parents that I want to lose weight or that I think I need to diet, they say I'm fine and I just go along with it, but I know they're wrong and I want to lose some weight!   • 57 to 59 150 lbs does sound fine to me but if you want to eat healthy and exerise then. Go read the right books on the type of exerise you want to do and reseach the proper diet

What shall I have for breakfast?

I'm on a diet and on a mission to clear up my whiteheads on my cheeks and forehead. What should I eat that wont cause whiteheads and won't make me gain weight? Would an omelette filled with veggies do the trick? Is there anything I can eat that wont take so long to prepare?

  • I would stay away from an omelette. Cholesterol and fats that can add to the oil in your skin causing more breakouts will come along with that. Try steamed veggies with lemon juice, avocados are good for your skin, fish is probably the best meat for you to eat, also try some tea tree oil on your problem areas, witch hazel works well too.
  • There are a lot of foods that people say cause acne and black or white heads..really most of them are myths. Veggie omlette and even a light meat omlette should be nice. None processed oatmeal is extremely healthy and fufilling. Yogurt with fruit on the side is good also. Peanut butter and a banana will last you til lunch and is healthy. To keep your face clear you just really need to wash it with a soap that isn't harsh on your face and that isn't too oily. Try to wash it 3 times a day and don't touch it much.
  • Omelet with veggies is great, have a cup of OJ for vitamins.

  • My skin seems better after i have made the effort to have one or two freshly squeezed oranges. You could have a couple of slices of whole grain toast with a variety of toppings such as a banana will be good. or maybe a boiled egg with it. Some fresh salmon or a bowl of muesili but not the toasted variety. The omelette would be good as well Eggs and veg are always good for you.
