How to Lose Weight in Just 4 Weeks

Hi Brianna, there is so much talk and curiosity about "spot reduction" of weight, particularly the stomach. It has been pretty much debunked. When the human body loses weight, it loses it from everywhere. That doesn't mean your out of luck. First, there is STILL one theory that has not gone away totally and even makes a bit of sense scientifically. Part of your metabolism is the blood flow, so theoretically, any part of the body with a clear open path may lose weight quicker. So if you stretch out that area particularly well before exercise it may be possible but there's no fact to that yet just recent speculation.Next, burning excess calories to those taken in is what loses weight. Your base metabolic burn is determined by the amount of muscle you have. Often women are most worried about the butt and thier boobs during weight loss, but not areas look better when the size is due to muscle rather than fat, it's former and just sexier.Squats are great for the butt, as are lunges and speed skaters. For the chest you choukd do some butterflies, cable cross overs, push-ups. Especially push-ups for you but you MUST focus on form because the proper plank position will help strengthen and tone your belly and lower back as well. You may want to run for extra calorie burn and then do some weight training or yoga tends to help those areas greatly as well as the lengthening the muscles.I hope something here helps, Good Luck!
